Avila’s stunning Pasadena Apartments came to us with a problem: they needed more online awareness, more recognition, and more understanding of what it’s like to really live at the property. We immediately began sourcing social influencers. With Pasadena being so close to Los Angeles, the land of the influencer, but so different from the typical L.A. lifestyle, we selected an influencer with a hyper-local audience that strategically alined with Avila’s inviting, youthful and vibrant vibe. During Avila’s two month influencer campaign, we created real-time engagement, drove more value to Avila as a brand and majorly boosted exposure.
